Please be advised that pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), our programs and events are considered Public Events and that people attending those events do NOT have a reasonable expectation of privacy - and their photograph may be taken. Accordingly, the Baturyn Community League is not required to obtain verbal or written permission from those persons we take photographs of, or from parents or guardians of children we take photographs of. However, be advised that it is Baturyn Community League practice and policy to immediately remove any picture of any person who requests that their picture be removed. This may include a parent or legal guardian making this request of their childs photograph.
