2026 Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting is taking place on Saturday, March 14. Doors open at 11:30 AM, with the meeting starting at 12:00 PM.

All are welcome to attend! Free parking is available at the hall, and light refreshments will be provided.

What to expect:
• Board elections (members in good standing may vote)
• Policy updates
• Raffle with prizes
• Opportunity to share program or event ideas with the board
• And more!

We also have open positions we are looking to fill, if you’re interested in joining as a volunteer:

• 1 position: Social Director
• 1 position: Rink Manager (possible co-manager position may be available)
• 1 position: Ways and Means
• 2 positions: Castle Downs Recreation Society Representatives (CDRS)
