  • Damage deposit: $1000.00
    • Payable by debit or e-transfer
    • Refunded if hall is returned clean, undamaged, and without noise complaints or police calls
  • Hold deposit: $250.00 (due at contract signing, non-refundable, applied to final rental cost)
  • All rentals require special event liability insurance
  • Liquor license is required, if serving alcohol
  • Signed rental contract required
  • Large events: Minimum 8 weeks’ notice required
  • Small events: (under 75 guests): Minimum 4 weeks’ notice required
  • No cash accepted – only e-transfer, debit, or credit card
  • Final payment and damage deposit must be received before rental date
  • Parking is limited, especially during school hours. Please park respectfully in the neighborhood.
  • Video surveillance may be in use
