Sunday 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM | $250.00 |
Friday 7:00 PM – Sunday 8:00 AM | $800.00 |
- Damage deposit: $1000.00
- Payable by debit or e-transfer
- Refunded if hall is returned clean, undamaged, and without noise complaints or police calls
- Hold deposit: $250.00 (due at contract signing, non-refundable, applied to final rental cost)
Important Notes
- All rentals require special event liability insurance
- Liquor license is required, if serving alcohol
- Signed rental contract required
- Large events: Minimum 8 weeks’ notice required
- Small events: (under 75 guests): Minimum 4 weeks’ notice required
- No cash accepted – only e-transfer, debit, or credit card
- Final payment and damage deposit must be received before rental date
- Parking is limited, especially during school hours. Please park respectfully in the neighborhood.
- Video surveillance may be in use
