Rental Package	Fee
Saturday 10:00 AM to Sunday 8:00 AM ($1,000 deposit)	$650
Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ($500 deposit)	$350

• Damage deposit
  • Payable by debit or e-transfer
  • Refunded if hall is returned clean, undamaged, and without noise complaints or police calls
    
• Hold deposit: $250.00 (due at contract signing, non-refundable, applied to final rental cost)

Important Notes

• All rentals require special event liability insurance.
• Liquor license is required, if serving alcohol.
• Signed rental contract required.
• Large events: Minimum 8 weeks’ notice required.
• Small events: (under 75 guests): Minimum 4 weeks’ notice required.
• No cash accepted. Only e-transfer, debit, or credit card.
• Final payment and damage deposit must be received before rental date
• Parking is limited, especially during school hours. Please park respectfully in the neighborhood.
• Cooking in the building is not allowed. Meals must be prepared outside the building and may be reheated in the kitchen.
• Video surveillance may be in use.
