Hall Information

The calendar will help you determine if our Community Hall is available for your event.  A few things to remember are:

  • It is unavailable during the weekday mornings and afternoons for our Playschool program
  • A date may have a temporary hold, which does not show as booked on the calendar. Make application for your preferred date and we will advise availability
  • Generally, evenings (Monday through Thursday) are unavailable to allow us to run various community league programs

We are all volunteers that operate the Hall Rental program and do our best to ensure that your contact is returned in a timely manner.  To help you determine if the hall is available, please review the Hall Usage Calendar (above).  Please contact our Hall Rental Rental Representative through our online application form Hall Rental Application Form, to schedule a viewing, answer your questions, or proceed to contracting, if the hall meets your needs;

Damage Deposit
You are required to pay this on day of rental by debit card or cash. We also accept Email Money Transfers payable three days in advance of rental. Deposit is refunded if returned clean as received and undamaged at agreed time. We may hold deposit if we receive noise complaints or if police have to attend to your event.

Required on contracting and is not refundable. Is applied to outstanding rental fees
  • All rentals require purchase and presentation of Special Event Liability Insurance before hall is released to your event
  • Large events require at least 8 weeks notice before the desired rental date
  • Small events (75 or less) require at least 4 weeks notice before the desired rental date
  • No cash accepted for any payments. Email Money Transfer, debit card, or credit card only payment method accepted
  • Damage Deposit and final rental payment are required before hall is released to your event. Must be paid by credit or debit card
  • Parking is constrained in the area and the parking lot is not available until after 5:00pm during the school year. Please be kind when parking in our neighbors streets or creating noise.
  • All rentals require a signed contract
  • Liquor license is required for all rentals that serve alcohol
  • Video surveillance equipment may be in use
